Workspace
The workspace is the engagement.
Three paths in: assessment evidence, client brief, or blank slate. Every path produces the same connected workspace with workstreams, deliverables, value cases, and decisions. Three organisational lenses. No forced hierarchy. The workspace evolves as the engagement progresses.
Three formation paths
Assessment-led: diagnostic evidence seeds the engagement shape. Brief-led: AI generates structure from a client brief. Blank: the strategist builds by hand with guided setup. All three produce the same workspace model. No path creates a lesser workspace.
Three independent organisational lenses
Workstreams organise how execution is delivered. Initiatives define what change is being pursued. Domains hold where strategic knowledge and ownership sit. These lenses are independent views that intersect, not nest. A deliverable can belong to one workstream, one initiative, and multiple domains simultaneously.
Living objects with status lifecycles
Deliverables carry status from suggested through to complete. Decisions record context, options, rationale, and consequences. Value cases track confidence, impact, and measurement. Every object has ownership, domain linkage, and traceability back to the diagnostic evidence that produced it.
Strategic briefing on the command layer
The workspace overview surfaces what matters now, what is blocked, and where the engagement is drifting. An AI-generated strategic briefing synthesises the current state from live workspace objects, with staleness tracking so the strategist knows when the briefing needs refreshing.
Object chain
The workspace is the container for all engagement objects. Workstreams hold Deliverables. Deliverables link to Domains, Initiatives, Value Cases, and Artifacts. Decisions record rationale with domain impact. The overview synthesises it all into a command-level view.
