Domains
The strategic problem stays visible after the work starts.
The domain page is the most complete single-screen expression of the engagement. Maturity state, value at stake, linked initiatives, gap closure work, and supporting artifacts. All generated from diagnostic evidence, not entered by hand.
Maturity state with effort classification
Each domain shows its current maturity score, target score, computed gap, and effort shape: build, change, or align. A maturity bar visualises the distance between current and target state. Confidence levels indicate how settled the assessment is.
Value at stake and linked initiatives
The domain page surfaces the value cases connected to this capability area, the initiatives driving change, and the deliverables closing gaps. The strategic problem stays visible even when the workspace fills with operational detail.
AI-generated principles from engagement evidence
Domain principles are produced from the specific diagnostic evidence, gap analysis, and value cases relevant to that domain. They are not generic best practices. They are engagement-specific guidelines that reflect the particular maturity position and strategic context.
Strategist interpretation layer
The strategist adds their own reading of the domain state. This interpretation sits alongside the computed evidence, giving the engagement a human judgment layer that AI output cannot replace. The system provides evidence. The strategist provides meaning.
Object chain
Domains anchor the knowledge structure. Each Domain has Domain States (point-in-time maturity snapshots). Gaps are computed from the delta. Value Cases connect gaps to commercial outcomes. Deliverables, Decisions, and Artifacts all reference their parent Domains.
